Thank you very much for a great experience this past weekend. Our Fall Conference was a huge success and the venue and hospitality of the Hilton/ Saint John Trade and Convention Center staff played a large part in it. The venue was wonderful, and the staff were absolutely fabulous. There was a gentleman (a small young man) that seemed to be overseeing the event that checked with me on several occasions to ensure things were running well (his name slips me at this time) that I wanted to send my compliments on. He followed up regularly and ensured that things were running to our satisfaction.

Susan (I apologize, but I don't remember her last name), she looked after our event. Susan was there when I got to the meeting room; she introduced herself and welcomed me to the room. She was very helpful and made me feel at ease. I felt that I could ask her anything and she would be right there to help. In fact, we were using our own projector, but I had requested the screen and when I realized it was not in the room, I mentioned it to Susan and she looked after it for me, in a short time the screen and connections table was installed. She also realized that I did not have any pop and asked if I would like to add some to our order, again she looked after that. Susan is a very pleasant, knowledgeable lady with a very nice smile
